German life science magazine transkript spoke with Wolfram Schulze, our Vice President Information Systems & Organization, about digital transformation, the crucial human factor, and how our clients benefit from a digital CDMO. In this interview, Schulze explains that digital transformation can never be managed solely by an IT department. The process of digitalization is a transformation on various levels, especially in business processes, and extends all the way to new business models. A well-defined data basis of company processes is key. This can be used to provide forecasts, or develop new project models, or exchange information with client’s data scientists.
